The Bugle Boy is an intimate concert hall housed in a World War II army barracks located in La Grange, Texas. Since doors opened in January of 2005, The Bugle Boy has rapidly become one of the premier listening rooms in the country. Artists receive the undivided attention of the audience, and the audience gets a live music experience to remember. The focus is on original, independent singer/songwriters, who perform blues, rock, country, jazz, swing and everything in between. Spend an afternoon on the Colorado River with some of Austin's best Singer/Songwriters, on a three hour float to a private wooded campsite with a full catered Fajita dinner, which will be followed by a fireside Writers in the Round concert featuring the above musicians. This event is limited seating with only 25 tickets available total. These river floats have been kept as hidden and secret as possible to give them an intimate, private experience with exclusive Singer/Songwriters!
There will be two ticket prices for this event! A $25 Suggested Donation for the meal and concert at the campsite, $40 Suggested Donation for the float, meal, concert and special music on the river. All the money for this is going to TEXAS RIVER SCHOOL teaching intercity kids the wonders of nature and our natural resources. Any extra donation would be very much appreciated.
